What ingredients do you use in your soaps?
Each product page includes a full ingredient list. All of our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using simple, high-quality oils, butters, clays, botanicals, and natural additives. We never use parabens, sulfates, or harsh detergents—just thoughtful ingredients chosen with care.
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our bars are formulated with gentle, nourishing ingredients. Since every person’s skin is wonderfully unique, we always recommend reviewing the ingredient list and doing a small patch test, especially if you’re sensitive.
Do your soaps contain synthetic fragrances?
We use a blend of essential oils and high-quality, skin-safe fragrance oils. Each product listing clearly states what’s inside so you can choose what feels right for you.
Are your products vegan?
We offer both tallow soaps (not vegan) and fully plant-based bars. Each product description clearly states which type it is, and we’ve also organized our shop into Plant-Based and Tallow collections to make it even easier for you to choose what feels right for your lifestyle.
✧ HOW TO USE & CARE
How long does a bar of soap last?
With good care, a bar typically lasts 2–4 weeks, depending on how often it’s used.
To help your bar last longer, keep it dry between uses, use a draining soap dish, and avoid letting it sit in standing water.
How should I store my soaps?
Store your bars in a cool, dry space, away from direct sunlight. If keeping multiple bars, allow for airflow around them to preserve their freshness.
Can I use your soaps on my face?
Some customers do, but skin can respond differently from person to person. We’re happy to share what’s in each bar and how it’s crafted, though we don’t offer medical or skin-type guidance. If you have sensitivities, choosing gentler formulations and doing a patch test is always a wise step.
✧ ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
– Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
– Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
– International delivery times vary based on destination and customs.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We ship through USPS, so tracking updates will come directly from the USPS system. For more details, you can always refer to our Shipping Policy.
What if my package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it?
It’s common for USPS to mark packages as delivered a little early.
Give it 24 hours, then check around your mailbox, porch, and neighbors. If it still hasn’t appeared, reach out to USPS with your tracking number. After that, feel free to contact us at espumapothecary@gmail.com—we’re here to help however we can.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are personal-care items, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. For full details, you can review our Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something isn’t right, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the situation promptly and, depending on the case, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Can I exchange a product?
We don’t offer traditional exchanges, but if there was an issue with your order, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you make custom or bulk orders?

Can I include a gift message?
