Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing ESPUMA Apothecary. Every order is handcrafted with care, and we want your package to arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.


📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

During high-volume periods (holidays, seasonal launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order ships.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days via standard shipping

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays

All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you automatically.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs processing may cause delays

  • Import fees, VAT, or duties are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery

International orders also include tracking whenever available.


🧼 Warm Weather Notice

Because our products contain natural oils and butters, they may soften during warm weather.
If your package feels warm on arrival, allow products to rest at room temperature before opening.


🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking link so you can follow your package

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Then contact us if the package still hasn’t been found


🛑 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After your package is accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not found

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

However — if you need help filing a claim with the carrier, we’re here to support you.


✏️ Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your address before placing an order.
If an address error is discovered after the order has shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.
